Terms
of Purchase
- Orders may be
placed by letter, phone, e-mail, or in person.
- PROSTREET HOTRODS requires
a 25% deposit plus appropriate sales taxes on all products and packages
purchased.
- The balance is due
prior to delivery unless a payment plan has been approved.
- Payment may be done by direct deposit, cash, money order ,
certified check. and or credit card payment
- If a special or custom order is cancelled after the work has
begun, the purchaser will forfeit
- 10% of the deposit unless another buyer can be found.
- Delivery or pickup is to be arranged and paid for by the
purchaser.
- All products leave PROSTREETHOTRODS in perfect condition.
Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged, accept it but have the driver
make a written notation to that effect on the bill, then contact
the carrier claim department for prompt action.
- Additional options are to be discussed upon ordering as well
as possible payment plans.
- No returns may be made without prior authorization.
